Redfin 520

At approximately 250kgs, the REDFIN 520 is light and easy to trail behind even a small car. This boat is so easy to handle that you can launch and and sail this boat on your own but it also has the room to cater easily for two adults and two children or up to four adults.

With a large V-Berth and two quarter berths this boat is ideal for day cruising or overnighting with some friends or family.

The REDFIN 520 was successfully designed to provide a light, seaworthy, yet fast trailer sailer that is easy to build, safe, and reasonably priced.

This boat is a joy for the helmsman!! The ease with which the crew can make this boat manoeuvre and tack has to be experienced! Never have we sailed a light Trailer Sailer of this type so effortlessly. 
 

Those who have built one marvel at the ease of assembly from a KIT, and the building method. The building system uses a modified stitch and tape method which employs heavy double bias tape and epoxy which produces a strong, long lasting boat. The Redfin 520 is available in four standard kit forms to ensure that there is a kit that meets your needs.
